What is Six Sigma?

Firebrand - Six Sigma infograph
Six Sigma is a business management strategy, it provides proved quality management methods, which go from business and cost-benefit analysis, thought-process mapping customer surveys, to control charts and regression analysis. The difference with other business management models lies in the emphasis that Six Sigma puts on measurements, as the starting point of culture change and decision making processes.

Briefly, if measurements are the road signs of your business management plan, Six Sigma provides you the map for decision-making. This method has met a great success and it is now one of the most used by all-sized organizations. The demand of Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications has increased dramatically at Firebrand Training and we recently released a combined Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt to get both the certifications in 10 days.
